Mă numesc Vladislav Gheorghe Bogaciov.
Eu nu vă cunosc personal.
Spre regretul de o cam dată eu n-am îndrăzneala sa vin la întrevedere cu DVS.
Eu nu sunt îmbrăcat și încălțat normal, n-am jumătate de dinți și nu sunt sigur că DVS ați să vreți să mă ajutați cumva.
În trecut, zece ani în urmă eu eram businessman şi eram bogat, milionar.
Mult ajutor în trecut eu am acordat bisericilor şi organizaţiilor religioase din Moldova. Şi din păcate aşa s-a întâmplat că am pierdut totul ce aveam.
Şi ce eu pot să fac acuma... dacă sunt drept boschetar sarac pe drumuri?!
Ma adresez catre D-voastra eu, in momentul dat aflindu-ma în situaţia extrem de complicată.
Eu am gradul 2 de invaliditate pe viaţa şi pensia mică, care era mărită până la 482 de lei.
Nu am nici casa, nici masa, nici patul unde-va să stau noaptea. Demult deja eu am vrut să mă întâlnesc cu DVS personal.
Nu întreb daca Primăria are posibilitati financiare
de a acorda mie un ajutor material.
Am vrut sa va intreb, să mă interesez de alt lucru...
Ajutaţi mă Vă rog să mă împăc cu vărul meu drept pe mama

Opt ani de zile el era preşedinte Moldovagaz SA, iar acuma el e director al reprezentanţei SAD „Gazprom” în Republica Moldova.
Eu eri am scris domnuluii Victor Parlicov, directorului ANRE.
Niște luni în urma eu m-am adresat la Fondul Republican de ajutorul material pentru nevoioşilor şi
boschetarilor cu subdiviziunea Ministerului Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale
şi Familiei, și m-am întâlnit cu vice-ministru Sergiu Sainciuc.
Eu am vorbit despre ajutor și el a spus ca el e pentru mine nici papa nici mama ca să mă ajute.
El a promis că doamna Valentina Buliga o să facă legătura cu vărul meu Abașchin și o să vorbească despre mine cu dânsul, și verișorul a să aibă grija de mine.
Deasemenea el m-a sfătuit să mă întâlnesc cu vladîco ortodox (mitropolit Vladimir)
și cu episcop catolic din toată Moldova Anton Coșa
pe care eu le știu personal.
Dacă aţi să aveţi interes, informaţia suplimentară despre mine este accesiblă şi puteţi să mă sunaţi la tel. 067612235.
Acuma eu sunt slab, nu am nici bani, nici locul de trai (sunt persoana fără adapost).
Eu am trăit nişte luni la Centrul de găzduire şi orientare pentru persoanele fără domiciliu
stabil, amplasat în str. Haltei-2 (Direcţia Generală asistenţă socială mun.Chişinău).
Dar acum ei nu mă primesc, spunînd că verişorul meu Ghenadie e foarte grozav şi bogat şi eu trebue să cer ajutor şi locul de trai la dînsul.
Dar eu socot ca ei, administrația Centrul de găzduire, sunt hoții și nu vor să mă primească din ciuda pe mine,
si  ei sunt contra mea, fiindcă eu îi spun adevărul oamenilor în fața și sunt sincer cu toți.
Așa eu mă gândesc despre destinele unor oameni, care nu cunoscuseră alte bucurii în viaţă decât truda pentru ziua de mâine.
Şi viaţa care merge mai departe. Surdă şi indiferentă la durerile tuturor. În rest, numai întrebări şi goana după răspunsuri care se lasă aşteptate.
Sau care ne vin împotrivă. De care vrem sau nu vrem, trebuie să ţinem cont.
Cu mai multe căderi decât urcuşuri, cu întâmplări din care, e nevoie de mai multe generaţii, ca să fim siguri că am învăţat ceva.
În rest, aceleaşi greutăţi de fiecare an: lipsa banilor, haina și produse din ce în ce mai scumpe, pierderea speranţei și sensului vieței...
Într-un cuvânt, bună sau mai puţin bună, eu după cum vedeţi, mă strădui să ajut și oamenilor și mie.
Acum mă uit ci aglomeraţia peste tot oraş a milionarilor şi businessmanilor cu jeepuri şi căsi luxoase!
În trecut, zece ani în urmă şi eu eram businessman şi eram bogat, milionar.
Dar în anul 1999 eu am avut o inspiraţie de la sfîntu Nicholae Făcătorul Minunilor.
Atunci em am vândut tot ce aveam, toată averea şi imobilul, şi am
cheltuit toţi bani pentru binefacere, proiecte religioase şi spirituale.
Eu deja am dat nişte aluzii despre circumstanţiile reale vieţei mele în discursul meu la microfonu liber:
In trecut, in anii 2000-2003, multe persoane au participat în proiecte sponsorizate
de mine şi de NGO-urile mele ca NGO "st.Nicholas informative program", Asociaţia
Obştească "Treiunial", Asociaţia Obştească "Trei sfinti" etc.
Verișorul meu Ghenadie visează să devine prim-ministru Confiderației Moldovei și Transnistriei, și multă lumea socoate că el are un Viitor prosperos, stabil și luminos:

Aștept răspunsul DVS cu nerăbdare.
Am vrut sa adaug inca ceva. Posibil, ca D-voastra sa faceti legatura si sa vorbiti cu mafiotul ista dih Investprivatbank Alexandru Gusev (acuma presedinte "Moldova-gaz").
El, ca drugu varului meu, are influenta pe dinsu si poate a sa hotarasca ceva.
Dar nu-s sigur, fiindca Gusev e foarte mofturos, capricios si alentat, mai bine deja ar fi pus atunci Vasile Tarlev decit dinsul la Moldova-gaz.
Alaltaeri eu intamplator m-am intilnit in centru cu niste drujii lui Romka Abaschin, feciorul cel mai mare al varului meu.
Ei au spus ca Roman acuma drogeaza sistematic si permanent cu cocaina,
se tusue cu gaii si celtue mii de euro practic in fiecare pas la best restauraunte si vip-cluburi orasului.
Da eu am acuma paduchi si nu am bani sa-mi cumpar haina noua chiar la second-hand.

Hi dear ladies and gentlemen!
My name is Vladislav Gheorghe Bogaciov.
I was born on July, 31st, 1969. I'm 43 years old.
I live in the Republic of Moldova.
Before I was a successful financial manager...
Worked as tax planning adviser.
I was a wealthy businessman, had 11 real estate properties in Chisinau,
that now cost approximately 1 EUR mln.
So, 10 years ago I was rich and had money, but I had a revelation from
St. Nicholas the Miracle Worker.
Saint Nicholas of Myra (whom we know as Santa Claus),
who came to me as living spiritual creature.
I'm not a clairvoyant and I can not see the Future.
The essence of the testimony was:
St.Niсholas appeared to awake during day time, as a boy, young, and
said that it is easier for a camel to crawl through the eye of a
needle than a rich man into heaven, and said that I should spend all
of their assets in the upgrading projects of world Christianity and
Orthodox Christianity - and then after death will live in paradise.
I was an Orthodox Christian
and spent all I had for different charitable projects and monasteries.
And now I am homeless and a beggar.
I feel completely helpless and to work hard I am now completely unable
to. Sorry!
Previously, I was sure that I get to heaven.
And now I doubt that I was there waiting for the next world.
I have no money to live, not place to stay. I feel bad and unable to work.
I'm preparing for death, but I'm afraid to die...
Shall I die soon...?
I need help, help me, please!
10 years ago I had on my personal accounts
more than 200.000 dollars.
But I was forced (under emotional pressure) invest this money
in the charitable Christian project "st.Nicholas informative program ",
legally registered in the Republic of Moldova as NGO (NGO "st.Nicholas
informative program", "Trei Sfinti", "Treiunial").
They generated different movement, creating various arrogant actions & ideas
and have spent all. And now I do not have money for life, in general.
I asked the Lord, Principal God, Who is the Supreme, Superior Being,
Uppermost Force and the Owner of the Universe, all my spiritual and
physical friends, Christian saints and angels,
my guardian angels, Near & Dear Close to me reasonable spiritual
Creatures (Beings) to help me and to save me!
I'd like to die without tortures and sufferings in the night time,
to fall asleep and not to wake up.
After my physical death I'd like to live in constant friendship and
communication with Creatures Who love me and help me.
I shall be grateful for any help and assistance!
I must keep on loving God when human happiness is lost. It's the
rejecting of everything that prevents love: hatred, offence, blame and
dejection.
It's to see the will of God in everything which is around.
Sure, I accept the will of God & its divine positive meaning, which is
not always dependent on Me.
I understand the fact that any situation, however unjust and horrible
it may be, leads Me to God and hence to love. It's a must!
There're many options, variants, ways to earn money - but in my case
it doesn't turn out...
Ghenady Abashkin, my cuisine - JSC "Moldova-gaz" former chairman,
who is a rich and successful businessman, controlling national
moldovan debt for gaz in total
amount of 2,8 billion US dollars. Alexander Gusev has replaced
Gennady Abashkin at the post of Chairman of the Board of Moldovagaz, a
Moldo-Russian joint-stock company. Gusev's candidature was proposed by
the Government of Moldova, after the second mandate of Gennady
Abashkin had expired on July 29. Abashkin came to Moldovagaz Board in
2001. Before that, he had held a senior post at Relsoft Communications
for 10 years. Now his personal assets are valued at 200 million US$.
But I have lice and don't have where to sleep at night-time.
A month ago I was severely beaten in the house of my girl-friend
Aurica Latescu (47 Calarash str., Chisinau) by two bandits Mihai and
Adrian. After it I spent several weeks at a hospital and recently came
out.
And I'm in very complicated situation because of the
lack of money.
Yes I am; it has turned out, since I became an orphan,
that my situation has got hard & tough.
To regret my cousin Ghenady Abashkin, millionaire,
Moldova-gaz former chairman,
and his wife, Natalia Patranica (Abashkina),
the prime business woman,
Miss Business-Woman of 2004,
of last year here in Moldova,
the owner and mistress of fashion shops like "Fashion avenue", MEXX Worldwide
in Moldova, refused to help.
I have to work hard to survive. I appealed to them many times.
I am without the certain residence, spend night in apartments of my
friends or in the Internet-cafe,
or sometimes in the shelter (house) for homeless people.
And I eat sometimes a long loaf and pair of onion or garlic per day.
But it is necessary to survive.
And any incomes somehow are blocked on and stopped, and it linked with
my relatives, karma of my family.
It's happiness to be a mentally and physically healthy individual.
But practically every time I think to find some job option I feel that
enemies are inside of me.
Karma structures (programs) (linked and related to my cousin)
working steadily me to be beggar and poor and getting him way to be richer.
If I could delete all this programs, I easily could be wealthy person.
But I'm very tired & would like to find out a concrete decision of my
problem. But i can not!
Oleg Voronin, a son of former Moldovan president, is a close friend of my cousin.
Apart from Oleg Voronin's FinComBank,
he also owns a large publishing empire with some of the best-known media titles in Chisinau under his control.
And the list of companies which belong to Voronin is longer than just FinComBank and his publishing interests. It includes Garling Collection, Jolly Allon, Zahar,
Transline (shipping), Orbit (sale of sugar and medicine),
Trimol (passport manufacturing),
M.S.I. Trading Company (din Iasi - Romania), Metal Market, MedAzur, Andys Pizza,
Boena Group and a number of others.
So I can explain everything and answer you
requests in English.
Maybe you could understand this topic and propose some help.
Perhaps such prominent and glamurous moldovan public figures as Vlad
Filat, Vladimir Plahotniuc, Nicolae Ciornii, Alexandr Pincevschii,
Valeriu Passat, Gabliel & Anatol Stati, Oleg & Vladimir Voronin, Mihai
Hotineanu must help me?
The Most Important & Principle God, the Lord, Osho, (God) Pángǔ,
Puruşa, Yakro Puruşa, Yakrâş Illarionax, Gods Tangaroa,
Purusha, Unkulunkulu, Tiamat, Ymir are liars, but I've done too much
for them and for different churches and confessions. So, they must
think about me and my problems! As well as all orthodox and catholic
saints, martyrs and angels. They all push world to apocalypse, to
Armageddon, to catastrophe. They demand issuance of new editions of
different Holy Scriptures as Bible, Koran, भगवद्‌ गीता (Bhagavad Gītā)
etc., billions of copies of
different christian & religious magazines instead of food & bread for hungry
people as me all over the world. They (gods from heaven) want more
drugs, global control, star & nuclear wars, clones & artificial
people, new technologies, post industrial society, termination if life
on our Planet. They urge people to waste irrationally and
thoughtlessly precious natural resources as raw materials, iron ore,
gas, petrol, oil, wood etc.
Help me, please, to make peace with my cousin or at least not to
freeze and to keep warm from the cold outdoors!
